Your First Visit

To help your first visit run smoothly you may register electronically by clicking HERE. Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer, otherwise the system won’t register you correctly.

Your first visit will be a time for you to meet the doctor and communicate your dental goals and needs. With your permission we will gather the information we need to make recommendations that are appropriate for you. This time may include a review of your health history, intra- and extra-oral exam, oral cancer screening, dental and periodontal charting, any necessary x-rays and consultation with the doctor. We make every attempt to provide you with a thorough dental cleaning and polishing during your first dental visit.

We ask that if your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
